Why Do We Need to Log into ON!Track?
Due to the sensitive nature of data in ON!Track, access is restricted to authorized personnel assigned to specific user accounts. Hilti respects that all data belongs to the user and will not access their account without explicit permission, except for approved support reasons like training or technical assistance.
For more details on our Data Processing Agreement, Subscription Agreement, and ON!Track-specific terms and conditions, please visit your Terms and Conditions webpage.
How to Log into ON!Track
Typically, access to ON!Track is granted by an account Admin who will create your employee profile and provide you with access.
All user logins for ON!Track, whether on web or mobile, are linked to the Hilti Cloud ID. This is the same ID used for the Hilti website, PROFIS Engineering, and other Hilti applications (like Ask Hilti).
When a user is granted access to an ON!Track account, they receive an email confirming access. If the user does not already have a Hilti Cloud ID, they will receive an additional activation email to set a Cloud ID password. After setting the password, they can log in to the ON!Track application on both web and mobile at https://ontrack3.hilti.com.
How to Access ON!Track
There are two main versions of ON!Track: a web-based application and a mobile app available on Android and iOS devices. Access them via the links below:
- Web Application: ON!Track Web --> https://ontrack3.hilti.com
- Android App: Google Play Store --> Hilti ON!Track 3 - Apps on Google Play
- iOS App: App Store --> Hilti ON!Track 3 on the App Store (apple.com)
Please note that due to the wide variety of hardware specs for Android devices, we cannot guarantee ON!Track will work on every phone. Additionally, the app is not officially supported for use on tablets. For customers with tablets, we recommend using the web interface.
