Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Mobile
The mobile app offers many features to help manage your assets on the go:

|
- The Transfer Cart lets you add scanned assets before transferring them to a job site or user. The Add tab is used to add new assets or quantity items.
- The Inventory tab allows for inventory checks to verify assets at specific locations or with employees, generating reports on found, unexpected, or missing assets.
- The Identify tab uses your phone’s camera to scan barcodes or quickly identify tools with NFC or BLE tags.
- The Nearby tab uses Bluetooth to locate assets with BLE tags near you.
- The ON!Track Smart Tag tab activates BLE tags during the asset addition process.
- The Confirm Delivery tab on the home screen makes you aware if there are assets in transit awaiting your confirmation.
- The Repair/Return tab guides you through arranging repair collections for Hilti tools.
- The Field Request tab allows you to request assets or quantity items for yourself or a specific job site.
- The Suggested Transfers tab gives you a view that represents a consolidated list of all unexpected assets found at a gateway-enabled entity - which could be a location/Storage (container, Van, or Heavy equipment) asset. Here you can take specific actions like transferring the assets to the tracking entity or simply looking at the details and calling a responsible worker or location manager to understand why the asset is tracked at a place where it was not supposed to be.
- The Assets section in the mobile app mirrors the web version, allowing you to view details, use search and filters, and access specific asset information.
- The Quantity Items section, available for Pro Bundle users, provides similar functionality for tracking and managing consumables.
