Pre - Requisites:
The ON!Track web interface is available for ON!Track subscribers (Lite / Pro / Enterprise tier) or Fleet subscribers who have already activated ON!Track Ready. If you are a Fleet subscriber and you need support to activate your ON!Track Ready account please get in touch with your account manager.
Instructions:
For Web Platform:
- Login into the ON!Track web interface
- Click on the “Alerts” button in the top-right menu bar
- Check if you received a battery alert in the tap named “General”
- Click on the battery alert if you need more information (i.e. assigned employee, location)
- Click on the “3-dots icon” in the battery alert and select “Exchange battery”.
- You will now get redirected to Hilti Online, please log in with your credentials if necessary.
- Follow and fill out the form to provide the necessary information i.e. billing or delivery address.
- Click on “Order” - you will directly get a confirmation.
- Please check the recycling options in the confirmation screen.
For Mobile Application:
Alerts can be checked through two methods on the mobile app: SBE (Seamless Battery Exchange) and PBE (Proactive Battery Exchange).
Their differences are detailed in the table below, both generating alerts within the application for further clarity.

SBE (Seamless Battery Exchange):
Follow the steps below to create and receive battery health alerts using SBE:

- If the battery is within the warranty service, the exchange can be done free of charge
- If the battery is outside the warranty service period, then you can connect with customer service for further support on exchange and a new battery.
- You can follow the steps below and raise an alert for the battery exchange.
The actual screen might differ
PBE (Proactive Battery Exchange):
Follow the steps below to create and receive battery health alerts using PBE:

- You can directly trigger battery exchange via the mobile app.
- It will get forwarded to Hilti Online and the critical batteries can be easily exchanged by the flow given below.
- You can decide if the critical batteries will be collected by Hilti or if you want to dispose of them by yourself.
