How to exchange an end-of-life Nuron battery via the Battery health section?

Pre - Requisites:

The users must be registered to receive alerts and exchange information. The ON!Track web interface is available for Lite, Pro, or Enterprise tier subscribers who have activated ON!Track Ready. Fleet subscribers needing help with activation should contact their account manager. 

Instructions:

  • Login into the ON!Track web interface

  • Click on the “Dashboard” tab

  • The graph provides you with an instant overview of the health of your Nuron batteries.

  • Check if you received a battery alert in the “End of life” section in the graph.

  • Click on the battery alert if you need more information about the battery (i.e. assigned employee, location)

  • Click on the “Exchange battery” icon to start the exchange flow.

  • You will now get redirected to Hilti Online - please log in with your credentials if necessary.
  • Follow and fill out the form to provide the necessary information i.e. billing or delivery address.

  • Click on “Order” - you will directly get a confirmation.

  • Please check the recycling options in the confirmation screen.
