Why do I not see the (last charged location) geolocation in your location details?

A (last charged) geolocation can only be displayed if the location data from tools, batteries, or chargers during the charging process is successfully received in the Hilti cloud. If geolocation coordinates are available, they will be shown in the On!Track asset/location details.

There could be reasons why this successful end-to-end connection is interrupted, such as:

  • The asset was not onboarded in On!Track properly.
  • The Cordless Data Module (CDM) was removed.
  • The connected charger could not establish a network connection due to poor reception.
