How is Idle Time measured?

  • Updated

Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Web

Idle time is measured as the duration during which an asset remains inactive.

  • For Nuron Assets: The idle time in days shows how long it's been since we last got an update. The system tracks this by monitoring the time since the last recorded activity, like usage, charging, or movement.
  • For Dashboard: If an asset stays idle for a set period (e.g., 21 days), it's flagged as idle.
