The charger warning in the Idle Tracked Assets indicates that some connected chargers have not sent data in over 21 days.
The most critical reason for data inaccuracies is when chargers have no network reception or the cordless data module (CDM) is removed.
Instructions:
- Click on ‘See Connected Chargers’ to check the status of the chargers.

Investigate
- Condition 1 - whether chargers are in stock (and should be inactive).
- Condition 2 - located somewhere, and in use (should send data)
- If the second condition is confirmed, ensure that the location has reception and that the CDM is properly attached to the charger.
- If neither of these steps resolves the issue, please contact Hilti support.
