Pre-requisites (if applicable): As a Fleet Management (FM) user, you must have an activated ON!Track Ready account. For e-check service documentation, a paid ON!Track account is necessary.
Instructions:
For Web Platform:
- Select the respective tool and open the asset detail panel
- Scroll down in asset details and click on “Show all historic services”
- Select passed service and see all service data.
- Click on attachments and download service documents.
For Mobile Application (ON!Track App):
- Select an asset on the Mobile Application Dashboard to view asset details.
- Click on the historical services.
- Select passed service and see all service data.
- Click on attachments and download service documents.
You can now see and download the repair certificate, delivery note, and calibration certificate.
