Pre-requisites (if applicable) :
To use Fleet Management services, you must have an active ON!Track Ready account. Access to e-check service documentation requires a paid ON!Track account.
Instructions:
For Web Platform:
- Select the respective tool and open the asset detail panel
- Scroll down in asset details and click on “Show all upcoming services”
- Select upcoming service and see all service data.
For Mobile Application (ON!Track App):
- Select an asset on the Mobile Application Dashboard to view asset details.
- Click on the upcoming services.
- Select the required service and see all service data.
- Click on attachments and download service documents.
As a pop-up notification, you will receive service reminders 10 days in advance (the period can be edited).
You can now get reminders and all the necessary information about upcoming services.
