How to return loaned tool?

Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Web, Mobile

Pre-requisites (if applicable) :

To use Fleet Management services, you must have an active ON!Track Ready account. Access to e-check service documentation requires a paid ON!Track account.

Instructions:

For Web Platform:

  • Select the tool to return.

  • Click on “Hilti Services”.

  • Select “Return loan and rental assets”, and select rental pr loaned asset.

  • A new tab opens with the entry form.

  • Fill in all the required information in the form and confirm.

For Mobile Application (ON!Track App):

  • Select the return request from the application Dashboard

  • Select the asset either by scanning or by the assets available in your account.
  • You will be redirected to the return form, and fill out the details (Case requirement, return request and pick-up details etc.).

  • Review the details (return summary, pick and return request) and submit the form.

The tool to return will be picked up at the defined location.
