Pre-requisites (if applicable) :
To use Fleet Management services, you must have an active ON!Track Ready account. Access to e-check service documentation requires a paid ON!Track account.
Instructions:
For Web Platform:
- Select the tool to return.
- Click on “Hilti Services”.
- Select “Return loan and rental assets”, and select rental pr loaned asset.
- A new tab opens with the entry form.
- Fill in all the required information in the form and confirm.
For Mobile Application (ON!Track App):
- Select the return request from the application Dashboard
- Select the asset either by scanning or by the assets available in your account.
- You will be redirected to the return form, and fill out the details (Case requirement, return request and pick-up details etc.).
- Review the details (return summary, pick and return request) and submit the form.
The tool to return will be picked up at the defined location.
