What happens if the asset status is changed to 'Lost or Stolen' through a different channel, such as customer service, rather than ON!Track?

Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Web

The change in asset status to 'Lost or Stolen' will be updated in ON!Track and it will proceed to the monitoring stage as usual.

Eventually, the asset status is automatically changed to Lost/Stolen.
