How do I create Employee Certificates Templates?

Certificate Management is essential for ensuring all employees in the construction industry maintain and renew valid certifications for tasks like driving, operating heavy machinery, and handling explosives. We want our customers to stay safe, compliant and operational. In order to ensure that, provide you with different templates for your employee certificates. Follow the following steps to create an employee certificate template efficiently and effectively.

Instructions:

  • Open the ON!Track web platform and click on "Administration" tab.
  • Click on the "Certificate templates" from the "Employees" tab.
  • Click on "Create Template" to create a new employee certificate template.
  • Fill out the details for the certificate template i.e. Name (Mandatory) and Description (Optional) and click on "Complete".
  • The certificate template will be visible in "Certificate Templates" section.
  • You can always go back to the section and edit or delete an existing certificate, or create yet another new one.

Note: Notifications are not editable. Employee certificate notification will be received based on the period shown above.
