Before you begin using labels, it's essential to know what they are and where they're used:
Labels form the foundation for future reporting and display capabilities, enabling us to provide you with project-related data to increase management efficiencies.
- Locations, Unique Assets / Quantity Items, and Employees can be linked together as per user preference using Labels.
- One or more Labels can be assigned to one or more Locations, Unique Assets / Quantity Items, or Workers.

Any Location, Unique Asset / Quantity Item or Worker can have up to 50 Labels
Let's go through how you can add a label, and where you can apply it to Locations, Unique Assets/Quantity Items, and Employees.
Instructions:
- Click on the "Labels" from the tab Administration --> General.
- Clicking this will take you to the label's window, where you can choose to add a label as needed.
- Select from the dropdown for what you want to create a label (Asset/Quantity Items, Location or Employee) and click on "Add" (refer to the examples below).
- In the "Label" window, you'll find the label you added. You can view various labels by selecting different categories like Locations, Assets/Quantity Items, and Employees based on your needs.
