How to Add Custom Units (Unit Management)?

This section will equip you with the knowledge to efficiently add units of measure in ON!Track, ensuring precise tracking and reporting of material and tool usage. The units are only added to the quantity items.

Instructions:

  • Click on the "Unit Management" from the tab Administration --> General.

Note:

    • There are 11 Pre-defined Units, that cannot be edited or deleted by the users as they are system-generated.
    • Each Quantity item can only have one unit assigned to it at a time.
  • Click on "Add" to add a new custom unit.

  • Add the unit name and description and click on add.

  • The new custom unit will be visible in the unit list.
