The Gateway might blink yellow if there's an error. This usually means it's having trouble connecting to the network or there’s a hardware or software problem.

What You Can Do

Keep the gateway connected while the LED is blinking yellow.

The LED will turn green when the self-installation and self-configuration are complete.

After turning on/restarting the gateway:

The gateway will automatically check for and install the latest firmware. This process can take up to an hour, depending on:
- The type of mobile connection (e.g., 2G or 4G).
- The size of the firmware (e.g., a 15 MB firmware update may take about 1 hour on a 2G network or less than 1 minute on a 4G network).
