My vehicle is showing an incorrect location/no location/is not sending any data

You can use the following methods to verify if the warehouse or stationary gateway is displaying incorrect/no location, or if it is not transmitting any data: My Stationary Gateway is showing an incorrect location/no location/is not sending any data

  • Check if the gateway is plugged into the power source.
  • Check the LED status on the vehicle or telematics gateway. Click here to learn more about the available color options and our expert recommendations for each.
  • Inspect for any physical or cable damage.
    • To ensure minimum physical or cable damage follow the following preventive measures:
      • Ensure cables are installed without overstretching, pinching, or sharp bends.
      • Use cable clips, ties, and trays to keep cables organized and reduce stress.
      • Route cables and gateways away from high foot traffic, water, and direct sunlight.
      • Regularly check cables for wear, exposed wires, discoloration, or texture changes.
  • Check if the location has good connectivity.

How do I check the modes , what do I do about each mode how do make it active if its not?

ON!Track does not have a UI to display the vehicle’s mode. If the vehicle is moving faster than 8 km/h, it is in Active Mode.
