Use the following methods if the Warehouse / stationary gateway stops reporting data:
- The gateway might be turned off (Check LED status of Gateway)
- The gateway could be disconnected from the internet due to poor cellular network connectivity.
- The asset tag may not be activated properly.
- The asset could be too far from the gateway (more than 30 meters).
- Obstacles could block the signal between the gateway and the asset (e.g., metal walls, metal mesh and fences, concrete or brick walls).
