You can use the following methods to verify if the Stationary Gateway (AI G125) is displaying incorrect/no location, or if it is not transmitting any data:
- Ensure the gateway is plugged into the power source.
- Verify the correct location is set on ON!Track.

Check the LED status on the gateway:
- Solid Green: The gate is successfully connected to the internet.

Solid Yellow:
- If it turns green in 30 minutes, the connection is successful.
- If it remains yellow after 30min, please contact support.

Blinking Yellow:
- If it turns green within 20 minutes, the gateway is functioning properly
- If it stays yellow after 20min, please contact support.
