My Stationary Gateway is showing an incorrect location/no location/is not sending any data

You can use the following methods to verify if the Stationary Gateway (AI G125) is displaying incorrect/no location, or if it is not transmitting any data:

  1. Ensure the gateway is plugged into the power source.
  2. Verify the correct location is set on ON!Track.
  3. Check the LED status on the gateway:
    • Solid Green: The gate is successfully connected to the internet.
    • Solid Yellow:
      • If it turns green in 30 minutes, the connection is successful.
      • If it remains yellow after 30min, please contact support.
    • Blinking Yellow:
      • If it turns green within 20 minutes, the gateway is functioning properly
      • If it stays yellow after 20min, please contact support.
