You can assign services to heavy equipment using service templates. To set up services, you need the following functionalities for heavy equipment.
- Distance-based services
- Engine hours-based services
You can schedule and track heavy equipment services. ON!Track will send alerts based on data from the connected Telematics Gateway (TU 600).
Limitations:

Service Association: Alerts for distance-based or engine hours-based services will only show if a Telematics Gateway is connected.

Scheduling Changes: You can update the scheduling frequency of a service template at any time. However, if the new frequency results in negative scheduling dates, the service will be marked as overdue, and the frequency will be displayed as negative.
Note - These types of services are not exclusive to Heavy equipment. You can associate these with any other asset too, however alert generation will happen ONLY for Heavy equipment fitted with a Telematics Gateway.
