Alerts in ON!Track help you by reminding you when action is needed. While you usually search and manage data yourself, alerts ensure you do not miss important tasks or updates by automatically notifying you when attention is required.
Only Admins can subscribe other ON!Track users from their account to specific service alerts. Users registered as Default Location manager, Current location manager OR Responsible Employee, are subscribed to all service alerts by default.
A user can further refine alert settings to decide how they want to receive the alerts in-app / via email, to know more click on the link here.
Instructions:
- Click on the "Service Templates" from the tab Administration --> General --> Alert Settings.
- Click on the service alert to view the details you need.
- Type the employee names with commas between them, then go to the app settings.
- Update the number of kilometers and click on "Save" to save the setting.
- Go to the "Asset" and search for the required asset.
- Scroll down to the Asset Details section and open the Upcoming Services.
- Here, you can see upcoming and overdue services for the selected asset and get more details.
