You can schedule maintenance based on telematics data including distance travelled and engine hours or based on a time period. ON!Track sends alerts using data from your equipment's Telematics Gateway, helping you keep track of maintenance and keep your equipment running.
One-Time Services: Services/Tasks performed only once, such as major repairs or overhauls. These are scheduled after specific milestones, like a certain number of engine hours or distance travelled, and are not repeated regularly.
Recurrent Services: Services/Tasks that need to be done regularly, such as oil changes or filter replacements. These can be scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on the equipment's usage and maintenance needs.
Instructions:
- Click on the asset tab and search for the required asset.
- Scroll down the asset details section and open the upcoming services.
- Click on the "Assign" and select the service required.

For Recurrent Services:
- Add the "Service", "Status" and "Next services scheduled at" details and click on "Assign" to assign this service to the asset.

- You can view the service in the upcoming services section of the asset.

For One-Time Services:
- Add the "Service", "Status" and "Next services scheduled at" details and click on "Assign" to assign this service to the asset.
