How to assign services for heavy equipment using Mobile Application?

ON!Track lets you schedule maintenance based on telematics data including distance travelled and engine hours or based on a time period. ON!Track sends alerts using data from your equipment's Telematics Gateway, helping you keep track of maintenance and keep your equipment running.

One-Time Services: Services/Tasks performed only once, such as major repairs or overhauls. These are scheduled after specific milestones, like a certain number of engine hours or distance travelled, and are not repeated regularly.

Recurrent Services: Services/Tasks that must be done regularly, such as oil changes or filter replacements. Depending on the equipment's usage and maintenance needs, these can be scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly.

Instructions:

  • Open the dashboard, click "Assets" and select the required asset.
  • Scroll down in the asset details and click on upcoming services. Click on assign services or the plus sign and search for the required service.

For One-Time Services:

  • Enter the details (Service and Status) and click "Assign Service" to complete the process. You can now see the service assigned to the asset.

For Recurrent Services:

  • Enter the details (Service and Status) and click "Assign Service" to complete the process. You can now see the service assigned to the asset.
