Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Web
Any user can complete a service if it is visible to them on both web and mobile platforms.
Administrators and support admins can manage, complete, or remove services by default. The "Everyone" system role can only view all services. If you want to give specific permissions to another role, an administrator or support admin can create a custom role with those permissions.
Instructions:
- Go to the "Asset" and search for the required asset.
- Scroll down to the Asset Details section and open the Upcoming Services.

For Recurrent Services

To view services, select the one you need. Its details will appear on the right side. Click "Complete" to start the completion process for the service.
- Make sure the filter is set to "Upcoming Services" to see only the services that can be completed.
- Make sure the filter is set to "Upcoming Services" to see only the services that can be completed.

- Update the details like completion kilometers, service results, other details, attachment and additional information etc. Click on "Complete" to finish the service.
- To view completed services, set the filter to "Historic Services." and it will also be visible in the "Historic Services" in the asset details.

For One-Time Services
