Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Mobile
Any user can complete a service if it is visible to them on both web and mobile platforms.
Administrators and support admins can manage, complete, or remove services by default. The "Everyone" system role can only view all services. If you want to give specific permissions to another role, an administrator or support admin can create a custom role with those permissions.
Instructions:
- Open the dashboard, click "Alerts". The alert list will open. Search for and select the alert you need.

Select the alert, click the three dots, and choose "Complete Service" to finish the service.
- You can also reschedule the service from this dropdown.
- Update the details to complete services like completion hours, service results, other details, attachment and additional information.
- The completed service will no longer appear in the active service list.
