How to edit historic service instance for heavy equipment using web platform of a recurring service?

Roles: Administrator | Interface: Web

When a service is completed, it is saved as a "Historic Service." If the service is recurrent, multiple historic records may exist. You can edit these historic records, including the "Completed At" value.

Instructions:

  • Click on the asset tab and search for the required heavy equipment asset.
  • Scroll down the asset details section and click on the historic services.
  • Use the dropdown to view "Historic Services". Locate the current instance of a recurring service that has been completed. Click "Edit".
  • Update any info e.g. the completion kilometers to edit the historic service instance and click “Complete” to finish.
    • Note - If you edit "Completion kilometers" or "Completion hours" on the most recent completed instance of a recurring service, the schedule for the next instance of that service will be updated to match the change.   • You can find the modified service under "Historic Services."
