Why don't some tags display location information?

Tags might not display location information for the following reasons:

  • The tags haven’t been scanned by any gateways or the ON!Track mobile app.
  • The tag's battery might be dead.
  • The tag is near a Vehicle/Telematics gateway but hasn't received a GPS fix.
  • The stationary gateway scanning the tag might be missing a location if the warehouse address hasn't been entered.

To resolve this, check the tag’s battery status in ON!Track, move the Vehicle or Heavy equipment to an area with GPS coverage, or ensure the warehouse address is entered.
