Before you begin using labels, it's essential to know what they are and where they're used:
Labels form the foundation for future reporting and display capabilities, enabling us to provide you with project-related data to increase management efficiencies.
- Locations, Unique Assets / Quantity Items, and Employees can be linked together as per user preference using Labels.
- One or more Labels can be assigned to one or more Locations, Unique Assets / Quantity Items, or Workers.

Any Location, Unique Asset / Quantity Item or Worker can have up to 50 Labels
Let's go through how you can rename/edit a label, and where you can apply it to Locations, Unique Assets/Quantity Items, and Employees.
Instructions:
- Click on the "Labels" from the tab Administration --> General.
- When you click this, you'll be taken to the label's window. You can select the label you want to rename/edit from the existing list.
- Rename the label as per requirement (refer to the example below):

Once you select "yes," the change will be reflected in the label's name.
