NOTE: The list of existing unregistered tools is view-only for the users, allowing them to decide whether to include or exclude these tools from automated onboarding. Users cannot select specific tools within the list.

  • Now select Include in automatic onboarding option. This selection enables the automatic onboarding of all existing unregistered Hilti tools.

7. Once automated tools onboarding is activated, all newly onboarded Hilti assets will display a

    this badge.

    • The New label badge on each asset disappears once any action is performed on the asset. For example:
      • Editing the asset description
      • Changing the asset status
      • Transferring the asset to a new employee or location

8. A permanent 'New Hilti assets' view is also created, which allows you to quickly see all the tools
recently added to your asset list.
