The Locker works on weight measurement:
- The recommended minimum item weight is 10 grams for 8-scale and 6-scale shelves, and 100 grams for 4-scale shelves.
- If items are misplaced (an item is placed in the wrong bin), the system will not recognise the mistake and will show incorrect quantities in that specific bin.
-
Restocking/returning process:
- Although restocking with a user (red) key fob is technically possible, only the Admin (black key fob) should be allowed. Users' returns should be discouraged because:
- Misplacement of items could occur, triggering incorrect measurements.
- Items may be damaged, changing their original weight.
- Items may no longer be usable.
- The admin should be the only person allowed to restock/return items into the Locker. All the users returning items to the Locker can be checked using the ON!Track platform.

Locker maintenance:
- The Locker should not be moved from its installation spot, and the correct positioning of its bins on the scales should be guaranteed.
- When doors are open, the locker will start beeping after some minutes to avoid unwanted oversights – please close the Locker doors.
- For any support or change requests, contact your Hilti representative.

What NOT to do to preserve the correct functionalities of the system:
- Pulling the door before it's fully open.
- Forcing doors without levelling.
- Self-repairing electronics/mechanical parts.
- Changing shelf positions.
- Placing items that don't fit or are too light into the plastic bins.
- Misplacing or unauthorised return of items.
