How do I manage the users' access to the Connected Locker?

Instructions:

  • In ON!Track, go to the "Employees" tab and click on the "+" sign to add a new employee or select an existing employee and click on "Edit" to modify their details:

  • Enter the employee RFID number engraved on the key fob (provided by Hilti) to allow access to the Hilti Connected Locker. The Red Hilti key fobs are for regular Locker users, while the Black Hilti key fobs are for Admin users - in this latter case, please switch on the radio button "Locker admin access" to grant admin rights to the Connected Locker.

    Note: RFID key fobs are provided by Hilti together with the Hilti Connected Locker. If more key fobs are needed, please reach out to Hilti with the request. The user whitelist update to the Locker may take up to 12 hours.
