You can replace your end-of-life battery yourself without needing assistance or waiting for your account manager by following the two below methods:

Follow the battery alerts on the ON!Track web or mobile interfaces:
- Check your “alerts” section (all ON!Track users) or your battery health information within the overview dashboard (all ON!Track users).
- These battery alerts enable you to easily exchange your Nuron battery following the steps.

Click on “Exchange” to fill out the exchange form and request the exchange - a new battery will soon arrive at your chosen destination.

Proactive battery notifications via email:
- Hilti's Fleet Management will receive proactive battery notifications via email in addition to the proactive battery alerts in ON!Track.

These emails provide a link to easily exchange your end-of-life battery with a few steps.

Additionally, you can also call your local Hilti customer service or bring your end-of-life battery to the nearest Hilti Store.
