Asset costs tab
By default, the Asset Costs tab shows entries from the last 6 full months.
Example:

- On July 30, 2020, you see data from January 1 to July 29, 2020.
- On August 5, 2020, you see data from February 1 to August 4, 2020.
The entries are sorted by Date arrived, with the most recent first. You can export all asset cost data, not just what is visible on the screen.
Reports
A flexible and detailed report can be generated under the Reports tab for up to one year in the past.
The following filters are available for your cost reports:
- Report dates
- Asset value
- Cost locations
- Cost type
- Cost category (This filter defines which cost category the report shall contain. If not set no value then asset, quantity items and plug costs will get reported)
- Asset group
- Asset template
- Current location
- Default location
- Ownership type
- Manufacturer
- Responsible employee
- Asset status
- Allocation status (only relevant for quantity item costs)
