How to edit a Service Template

Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Web

You can add, edit, or delete templates in the Administration section and adjust notification settings in the Alert Settings.

Instructions:

  • Click on the "Service Templates" from the tab Administration --> Assets.

  • Here, you can view and select the service template you wish to modify.

  • Edit the Name, Description, Service Frequency, Notifications, and Attachments you want to update. Then, click "Complete" to save the modified service template.

  • The Service Template will be updated in the service template list.
