Where does Hilti host the IT infrastructure for its services, and who owns the data centers

Hilti does not operate its data centres. Instead, it uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) as its hyper-scaler.

The IT infrastructure for ON!Track 3 is hosted in AWS’s European data centres, specifically in Ireland and Frankfurt (Germany) regions. AWS manages multiple availability zones within each region to ensure reliability.

The hardware and IT assets in these data centres are owned by AWS, under the contractual agreement between Hilti and AWS.
