What does “offline” mean in ON!Track?

  • Updated

In ON!Track, "offline" simply means a device or the app has temporarily lost its connection. Here's what that looks like in practice:

Gateway/Device Offline

If your gateway hasn't communicated with the ON!Track, it will show as offline. This just means the device isn't currently sending location or status updates. As soon as the connection is restored, it will automatically go back online — no action needed on your end.

Mobile App Offline Mode

If your phone or tablet loses internet connectivity, don't worry — you can still use key features of the ON!Track app. Any actions you take while offline (like transferring assets or logging time) are saved on your device and will automatically sync once you're back online.
