How to update alert setting for various alert categories?

Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Web

You can choose to receive alerts by email, in the ON!Track application or both so that it meets your requirements and fits in your workflow.

Instructions:

  • Click on the "Alerts" and open the notification centre. Select and open the "Alert Settings"

  • You can customize how you receive alerts: either as a consolidated summary or individually for each alert. Click on Done to complete the process.
    • Here, the focus is on service alerts, with updates and customization as needed.
