How to delete an employee

  • Updated

Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Web

Note:

To delete an employee, make sure they are not linked to anything in the system. This means, employees should not be :

  • Owner of any assets.
  • Responsible employee of any assets or allocation.
  • Default employee of any assets.
  • Location manager of any location.

If you're unable to delete the employee, check these points first and remove any connections before trying again.

ON!Track will not allow deletion of an employee if they are set as the default worker for any asset.

How to check if an employee is assigned as default worker

  • Enter the details: Name, Category, File Type, and Description.

  • If you are duplicating a report template, these fields will already be filled in.

Note: Duplication of report template names is prohibited by the system.

  • Select the filters Responsible Employee and Default Employee to check whether the employee is assigned as a default worker.
  • Rest of the attibutes are optional to be filled or updated.
