Automatic Tool Onboarding simplifies the process of adding new Hilti assets to your ON!Track system by eliminating manual data entry, helping you save time and minimize errors.
Conditions for Automatic onboarding of Hilti tools:

Automatic Tool Onboarding must be enabled

Go to Administration → Hilti assets → Set "Registering new Hilti purchases" to "Automatic".

Go to Administration → Hilti assets → Set "Registering new Hilti purchases" to "Automatic".

Applies to new Hilti purchases only
- All new Hilti tools (Fleet, LTS, Rented, Loan) purchased after enabling this setting are automatically onboarded.

Asset must be registered in your SAP account
- The tool must appear in your SAP account as a new purchase.

TID# (Tool Identification Number) is required
- The asset must have a valid TID# assigned by Hilti.

No manual action needed for new tools
- Once the above conditions are met, new tools are automatically added to your ON!Track system.
- You do not need to manually register these assets.

How to View Hilti tools

All Hilti tools will be visible under 'New Hilti assets'

A permanent 'New Hilti assets' view is also created, which allows you to quickly see all the tools. Recently added to your asset list.
