- Yes. You must select a default inventory location to complete onboarding.
Note: At this point you cannot allocate it to an employee or storage asset. That is possible only once the quantity item is onboarded.

- No. Once onboarded, items stay as they are until you manually edit them in ON!Track.

- What number is the Scan code field pre-filled with?
- The scan code field is pre-filled with the GTIN-13 (former EAN13) code which is compatible with the bar code on the packaging of the Hilti consumable.

- How long does it take for an item to appear in ON!Track if it’s not searchable immediately?
- If your newly onboarded Quantity Item doesn’t appear right away, please wait a few seconds. The system may need a short moment to process and load the item into ON!Track.
Troubleshooting
