Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Web & Mobile App
Private Mode lets van users pause van location tracking during personal time such as evenings, weekends, or holidays. It is designed to support GDPR compliance while keeping tracking available for business use during working hours.
What changes when Private Mode is active
Van location is not updated during the defined private period, regardless of the tracking source.
Assets assigned to the van (including items inside kits or containers within the van) are also not updated during that period.

When Private Mode ends, location updates resume automatically. Please allow up to 10 minutes for updates to reflect after transitioning in or out of Private Mode.
