With the BLACK key fob for admins, you can restock items, adjust scale settings, and update your Connected Locker information.
How to Access the Admin Menu
- Hold the BLACK key fob near the locker’s RFID reader
- The screen will switch to the Locker Maintenance menu.
- You can now choose from several admin options.
Admin Menu Options
Restock Locker
- Opens the locker doors so you can refill items.
- You cannot choose a cost center
Scales Configuration
This option opens the locker doors and lets you:
- Change which items are stored on individual scales
- Calibrate each scale to keep counts accurate
Advanced Operations
Use this option for additional updates, including:
- Reauthentication - ⚠️ This will reset the entire locker to a factory‑like state. Use this only when the tablet shows “Not Authenticated.”
- Syncing employees and locations from ON!Track
- Calibrating all scales at the same time -⚠️ Triggering this action will perform a mass zeroing of all scales in the locker. This means: Every container will require a fresh calibration afterwards. The entire locker will be reset to its factory‑like calibration state.
Quit
- Ends the admin session and returns the locker to normal mode.
Helpful Tips
- Always select Quit when you are done.
- If item counts seem incorrect, try Scales Configuration for calibration.
- When you add new employees or locations/cost centers into ON!Track and you want to see these on the Connected Locker, you first need to go to Advanced Operations and click Synchronize.
