How to manage the users' access to the connected locker

Add or Edit an Employees and Key Fobs for the Connected Locker

  • In ON!Track, go to the Employees tab 
  • Click the "+" icon to add a new employee, or select an existing employee and click Edit to update their details.

     

  • Assign a Key Fob

    • Enter the RFID number printed on the Hilti key fob. This allows the employee to use the Connected Locker.

    Key fob types:

    • Red key fob: For regular locker users
    • Black key fob: For admin users

    To give admin access, turn on “Locker admin access”.
    This allows the user to manage the locker.

    Important Note

    RFID key fobs are provided by Hilti with the Connected Locker.
    If you need more key fobs, please contact Hilti to request them.
     

    User Sync with the Locker

    • Changes to user access are automatically updated within 12 hours.
    • If access is needed immediately, an admin can:
      • Open Advanced Functions on the locker screen.
      • Use the Sync option to update the locker right away.
