How to manage locations/cost centers for the connected locker

Adding a Location or Cost Center to a Connected Locker

To add a new location or cost center to your Connected Locker, you need to do two things:

  1. Add the location in ON!Track
  2. Allow the location to appear on the Connected Locker

The first step is always done in ON!Track.

How to Add a Location in ON!Track

  • Open ON!Track and go to the Locations tab.
  • Click the “+” icon to add a new location, or select an existing location and click Edit to update it.


     
  • Enter the cost center you want to assign to this location.


     
  • Turn on “Settings for Hilti Connected Locker”.
    • When this setting is on, the location will appear on the locker screen as a selectable option.


       
  • Save the location.

When the Location Appears on the Locker

  • The new location will appear on the locker automatically within 12 hours.
  • If you need it to appear right away, an admin can:
    • Use a black key fob
    • Open Advanced Functions on the locker
    • Start a manual sync with ON!Track
