How to get started with ON!Track Connector

  • Updated

To begin any integration, it is essential to connect with the ON!Track connector. To establish this connection, follow the steps below:

  • Go to the ‘Settings’ page from the left panel.

  • The ON!Track Unite toggle is disabled by default.
  • Click on the toggle to enable it. Clicking the toggle opens a pop-up form as shown below:

  • The fields ‘Username’ & ‘Password’ can be fetched from ON!Track under ‘Company Settings’ as shown below:

Note: If you have multiple ON!Track accounts, please ensure that the credentials used are for the same account from which the data needs to be synced. Sharing credentials across tenants will result in incorrect data synchronisation.

If the above credentials are not available for your account, then check for the following:

  • You should fall under the ON!Track license bundle, which consists of ON!Track Unite module.
  • A technical user for Unite should be created for that tenant. If it has not been created, please contact us to set up a technical user for your account.
  • Fetch the username and password as highlighted above and place them in the form:

  • Click the ‘Connect’ button to establish a connection successfully.
  • The toggle button gets enabled. This implies that you are now connected with the ON!Track connector.
