How to receive the information that an asset was found or not found?

Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Web

Pre-requisites (if applicable):

To access Fleet Management services, you need an active ON!Track Ready account or a subscription to a paid tier (Lite or Pro). Your asset must be detectable, such as a Nuron tool, battery, or charger, have a sensor tag attached, or be scannable via  Near Field Communication (NFC).

Instructions:

  • Option 1:
    • Click on the bell symbol in the upper right corner to access the notification centre.
    • Navigate to the "General" tab to view alerts.
       

    • Depending on the search outcome and asset type, use the dropdown symbol on the right to take quick actions

  • Option 2:
      • Go to the asset list view and locate the specific asset.
      • Check the label next to the asset status for the search outcome.
      • Depending on the search result and asset type, access additional actions from the standard tab at the top of the screen.

Summary:

          • Notification Center: Check here for Lost & Found alerts related to your assets.
          • Asset List View: Look for specific labels next to each asset in this view to identify their status.
          • Informed Decisions: This information helps you decide what to do next regarding your lost asset.
          • Possible Actions:
            • If the asset is found, you may be able to use it again.
            • If it's not found, you can initiate a replacement process.
