When you enable movement detection for a Geo Tag, the new setting is sent to the tag on its next scheduled connection (every 12 hours). The status shows "Activating" during this time because the system is waiting for confirmation that the tag has received the setting and is working.
The tag confirms activation by sending its first movement event. Until the asset physically moves, the status will remain on "Activating" — this is normal and does not indicate a problem.
Once the asset moves and the tag reports it, the status will automatically change to "Active".
