You can reschedule a service from either the “Complete Service” options or by using the “Reschedule Service” option on the alerts section in the application.
Instructions:

Open the dashboard, click "Alerts". The alert list will open. You can just search for and select the desired alert.

Select the alert, click the three dots, and choose "Reschedule Service" to finish the service.

You can also complete the service from this dropdown.

Update the field (Next service scheduled at) and click “Save Changes.” You’ll find the updated service in the alerts tab. Click on it to view the details.

You can also view the rescheduled service in the assets. Open the dashboard, click "Assets" and select the required asset.

Scroll down in the asset details and click "Upcoming Services" to view the updated or rescheduled services.
