Designed with you in mind, these updates aim to enhance your experience, simplify workflows, and empower your business like never before.

Web Interface Updates

New Asset List Design

  • Complete Asset Count

    • The list view now shows a total count of all assets, including storage assets and the items they contain. For instance, selecting a storage asset with 24 stored items will display a count of 25.

  • New Asset-Type Icons

    • Icons next to asset images provide an instant visual indicator of the asset type (whether the asset is a storage asset, a unique asset, a van or heavy equipment.:

  • Streamlined Information Display

    • Old two-row displays have been replaced with a one-line column layout, accompanied by titles for better readability.
    • Simplified layout reduces clutter and focuses on key details.

  • Quick Content Overview

    • At a glance, users can determine whether a storage asset contains unique assets or quantity items.

  • Enhanced Sorting Features

    • Column headers allow sorting data. Clicking toggles between ascending and descending order, eliminating the need to hover over fields.

Details View Enhancements

  • Container Contents

    • Users can view the contents of containers or storage assets directly from the details view. For instance, it displays "3 unique assets and 1 quantity item allocation."

    • Clear markers indicate whether an asset resides within a storage asset or container.

We've introduced numerous changes while ensuring that the features our customers love remain intact. The customizable view is still available and exactly in the same place.

  • Instant Preview

    • Adjusting dropdown fields provides a live preview of the updated layout.

  • New Asset List Design

    • The individual boxes have been added to contain all the detailed information about the assets—now, with a cleaner layout, faster loading, and smart filters, all your assets are clearer and quicker than ever!

    • The left top corner of the asset list shows the total count of all assets, including storage assets and the items they contain.

The icons at the bottom left corner provide an instant visual indicator of the asset type (whether the asset is a storage asset, a unique asset, a van or heavy equipment).

      • These cards showcase a bottom-left icon, making it easy to identify equipment with serial numbers.

      • Tailored for assets without serial numbers, typically measured in bulk units (e.g., kilos, boxes, or meters).
      • Cards display a bottom-right link for viewing all allocations or stacks.

      • Storage asset cards feature bottom-right icons displaying their contents and a distinct bottom-left storage identifier.

  • Status Labels

    • Every asset card now includes a clear status label, providing immediate visibility.

    • Quick insights into whether a storage asset contains unique assets or quantity items.

  • Fleet Tool Indicator

    • It is now simpler to recognise fleet tools in the asset list view. A hexagon icon at the bottom left of a tool shows that it is a fleet tool.

  • Tool Selection Behaviour

    • The selected items in the asset list show how many selections are made, including the unique assets and the quantity item types they contain.

Details Panel Redesign

We've also redesigned the details panel for you, providing a more modern way to explore information about the asset.

  • What is in My Van

Answers the commonly asked question by providing a summary of the van's contents, including unique assets and quantity item types.
