iOS Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Log out of the ON!Track app.
  • Restart your phone (this is called a soft reset and won’t delete any data).
  • Make sure the application is fully closed and not running in the background.
  • Uninstall the ON!Track app from your device.
  • Restart your phone again.
  • Check if your device is running the latest version of iOS and update it if needed.
  • Download and reinstall the ON!Track app from the App Store.
  • Log in using the same user account that was facing the issue to check if the problem is resolved.

Android Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Press and hold the ON!Track app icon on your phone.
  • Tap the ‘App Info’ option (usually shown as an ‘i’ symbol).
  • Select ‘Storage’ from the menu.
  • Tap ‘Clear Data’ and ‘Clear Cache’ to remove temporary files.
  • Go back and tap ‘Uninstall’ to remove the app.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Open the Play Store and download the ON!Track app again.
  • When prompted, allow all necessary permissions.
  • Open the app and log in with your user account.
