In case the Nearby scan on ON!Track mobile app does not show any tools, please check the following:
Check device permissions
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the device
Ensure Location services are enabled and the app has location permission
Verify Active Tracking is enabled at the tenant level
Active Tracking must be activated in Company Settings on the ON!Track web app
Confirm BLE tags are activated and linked
- Basic device troubleshooting
Update the ON!Track app to the latest version
Restart the phone
Reinstall the app (clear cache and data)
Check tag health
