Nearby scan does not show any tools. What should I do?

In case the Nearby scan on ON!Track mobile app does not show any tools, please check the following:

  • Check device permissions

    • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the device

    • Ensure Location services are enabled and the app has location permission

  • Verify Active Tracking is enabled at the tenant level

    • Active Tracking must be activated in Company Settings on the ON!Track web app

  • Confirm BLE tags are activated and linked

  • Basic device troubleshooting
    • Update the ON!Track app to the latest version

    • Restart the phone

    • Reinstall the app (clear cache and data)

  • Check tag health
